TWINITI LLC
Article 1 – Scope of Application
These General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions conducted through the websites operated by Twiniti LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). Any natural or legal person placing an order with Twiniti LLC via our secure payment platform, by check, or by other accepted methods is considered a “Client” and is deemed to have accepted these Conditions in full, without reservation.
Article 1a – Age Restrictions
Age limits apply:
- We accept Clients over 16 years old for purchases of physical and digital products (e.g., training materials, templates, guides).
- For services such as coaching, consulting, workshops, or in-person seminars, Clients must be at least 18 years old.
We take reasonable steps to restrict access to our products and services by minors. Should we become aware that a Client does not meet these age criteria, their subscription or purchase will be immediately canceled, and a refund will be issued when applicable. Any distributed physical product must be returned in original condition if requested.
Article 2 – Orders
By placing an order on any Twiniti LLC site, you fully and unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Orders are considered firm once payment has been confirmed.
Article 3 – Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated. They are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be clearly specified at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time, but the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Article 4 – Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order, including for pre-orders. We accept major credit or debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure payment providers such as Stripe or equivalent. Twiniti LLC disclaims any liability for breaches of security related to third-party payment processors.
Article 5 – Delivery
For physical goods, delivery is made to the address you provide when placing your order. Please ensure that all address details are accurate; Twiniti LLC is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information. Risk of loss passes to you once goods leave our fulfillment facility. For lost packages, we will work with you to arrange replacement or refund according to our warranty policy.
For digital products or services (e.g., courses, downloadable files), delivery will be by electronic means to the email address provided or via an online account portal.
Article 6 – Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility varies by product or service and will be stated clearly on the relevant sales page. Unless otherwise specified:
- Digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Services canceled within a stated notice period may be refundable per individual contract terms.
- Refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed within 14 business days if approved.
Article 7 – Personal Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during orders or subscriptions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Conditions. By placing an order, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your personal information as outlined therein. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link included in each email.
Article 8 – Intellectual Property
All content sold or provided by Twiniti LLC—including digital materials, training modules, and consulting deliverables—remains the intellectual property of Twiniti LLC or its partners. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited without our written consent.
Article 9 – Liability
Twiniti LLC will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products or services, except where required by applicable law. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the product or service in question.
Article 10 – Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and any purchase and sale transactions arising from them, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
